WASHINGTON TWP. – Eight student-athletes at West Morris Central have committed to continue playing sports at various colleges and universities.

The school held its fall National Signing Day ceremony on Wednesday, Nov. 12 to recognize all of them.
Zoie Chaplauske will play softball at Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, W.Va, Kaia Jackson will play field hockey at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn., Kate and Lauren Barisonek will both play women’s lacrosse at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Ky., and Addison Weber will participate in cross country and track and field at Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, Pa.
Also, Tori Wehmeyer will play rugby at the University of New Haven in West Haven, Conn., Luke Gouse will play men’s lacrosse at the University of Maryland in College Park, Md., and Tommy Borgia will play football at Princeton University in Princeton
